What is CTI?

CTI stands for Computer Telephony Integration and is a technology that connects telephony and computer systems. This means that incoming and outgoing phone calls are directly linked to software such as CRM systems. This allows employees to automatically see customer data when a call comes in and take action without having to search manually.

The main advantage of CTI is efficiency and a better customer experience. Employees have all the information immediately available, making calls more personal and faster. In addition, CTI enables features such as click-to-dial, call notes, and automatic call logging.
